Speaker Announcement: David Richardson, Wine & Spirit Association

We are delighted to announce that David Richardson, Regulatory & Commercial Affairs Director, at Wine and Spirit Trade Association will be presenting at WMX Europe in June 2021.

David spent 16 years as a lawyer with HM Customs and Excise and then worked in other regulatory environments.  Since 2014, he has advised WSTA members on compliance issues, with an emphasis on customs and excise issues, border controls and the holding and movement of excise goods. He sits as a trade member on the Joint Customs Consultative Committee.
