Father of two beautiful girls. Graduated in economics with a master’s degree in business management. Diogo has more than 25 years of experience in consulting, business process outsourcing, continuous improvement, project management and system implementation
He has worked for leading companies such as Accenture and Portugal Telecom (now Altice), where he successfully managed and implemented large-scale transformation projects, coordinated multi-cultural teams, and delivered value for customers, shareholders and employees. He is currently the director of transformation at CTT, the largest postal service provider in Portugal, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s transformation process in line with its strategy and business needs
