Speaker Announcement: Samantha Rahim, Canada Post

Samantha Rahim is a General Manager for Business Transformation Deployment at Canada Post Corporation. Samantha leads the Group’s Retail Transformation Program, which is responsible for the Digital Modernization of the Retail Technology (both software and hardware) at over 5500 Retail Postal locations across Canada. This program was one of the largest IT efforts within the Canada Post Group of Companies – spanning multiple years and involving multiple strategic vendors. Within this role, Samantha works with all members of the Group of Companies to ensure that the technology will support the strategic Retail business direction of Canada Post. Prior to assuming her current position in August 2018, Samantha served in various Director roles within both Innovapost and Canada Post. Samantha led the Business Architecture group, was Director for the Revenue Assurance Department, and in 2009, led the upgrade of the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system for Canada Post.
